As a photographer, when an artist heads to the back of the stage, my first thought is great, the lighting sucks back there and it’ll be hard to get a shot. But, last night while shooting Benson Boone, this meant it was time to get ready for some awesomeness. Benson threw in not one, not two, but three backflips during the first three songs! His crowd interaction was top notch, and my only regret was not requesting a review ticket to see the rest of his set. Well, there’s always next time.

Fans also got to hear a bunch of new songs off his debut album, Fireworks & Rollerblades which was released last week. For more info on Benson Boone, check out his official website.
